Course Overview:
This virtual training program is presented in two sessions, giving operators time to absorb the material and apply the concepts between meetings. The course focuses on building a strong professional mindset—one that supports safety, awareness, and consistent performance on every call. Participants will learn how attitude, preparation, communication, and decision-making directly impact recovery results and roadside safety.

Session 1 November 19, 2025 7:00 PM-9:00 PM : Foundations of Mindset, Professional Image, Pre-Shift Preparation, Situational Awareness, Communication & Teamwork

Session 2 November 20, 2025 7:00 PM- 9:00 PM: Managing Stress, Mental Health Awareness, Customer Interaction, Continuous Training, Hazard Recognition, and Setting the Example
Both sessions are live virtual classes with interactive discussion and real-world towing scenarios.
Testing & Certification:
At the end of Session 2, participants will complete a required knowledge test.
✅ Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the test.
